Rachel was absolutely wonderful during the not so desirable process of removing lice. She made us all so comfortable and she took her time with my daughter who is incredibly tender headed. She is very knowledgeable and I’m confident in her services. Although I hope I don’t not ever require her services in the future, lol, I will not hesitate to return in the event we do. Thank you!

Rachel at Lice Lyfters McKinney is absolutely fantastic !!! On a holiday she answered our questions and got us in first thing the next day . She was kind , professional, personalable , and made my daughter feel very comfortable about “ an uncomfortable “ situation. We are so pleased with her and the clinic .

Honestly a really great experience for an overwhelming situation of lice in the whole household. I went in to get myself treated after doing an OTC treatment but being unable to comb out my own hair, and left feeling incredibly informed, my hair felt free, and I felt ready to tackle the kids and house. I had already done an OTC treatment for my kids so I wasn’t bringing them in, but know I didn’t comb them out very well so she even gave me several tips and spent the time talking with me on advice and what to do specifically. I felt very comfortable and had a really great experience. No doubt I would recommend her to anyone struggling with this horrible annoying lice infestation. I feel way less stressed then when I came in.

Rachael took amazing care of my family!! My stylist discovered a couple lice in my daughter’s hair on the weekend. I wasn’t sure if anyone would be able to help us, but Rachael was able to see us very quickly and take care of the problem! She was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and gave us great step by step direction for what to do at home. Can not say enough about the great care she took of us. Hopefully we will Not go through that again, but I’d definitely use her services every time.

Lice Lifters should be your first call! I’ve taken my daughter to other services in the past, and when she recently had lice again, we went to another facility for treatment. However, they weren’t able to check me. I called around, struggling to find an appointment, despite many places advertising late hours.

Rachel answered immediately and scheduled me for a 6:30 PM appointment. Her clinic was amazing! She welcomed me right in and conducted a thorough inspection. Thankfully, I was lice-free, but if I had needed treatment, she would have been the one I’d trust to handle it.

Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, and only performed what was necessary. Her pricing was lower than the place my wife visited, and I never felt rushed. The entire experience was top-notch. I will absolutely return to her for any future lice concerns.

I cannot speak highly enough about Rachel and her clinic. Discovered late night prior to my daughter’s UIL concert that she had lice. Rachel met us at the clinic after hours and worked diligently to make sure that we were in the clear. She was kind, professional and empathic.

My experience was amazing!! Rachael Was very responsive to my messages when I was getting concerned about my daughter’s hair she was able to schedule me quickly. When we arrived the place was clean, very welcoming to mothers who have multiple children I personally have 5! She educated me on lice on products. Pricing wise was affordable compared to other places around the area one thing I loved is she didn’t pressure treatment when it wasn’t needed she overall was very respectful and I definitely recommend her she’s amazing 🥰

I cannot say enough about Rachel. She has gone above and beyond to help us. I called Lice Lifters on a Friday evening after 5pm. Rachel took the time to talk to me about my situation even though it was after hours. We were going to be receiving a foster boy that had lice and I wanted to get him in right away to be treated prior to coming to my home. She took him in very last minute and treated him. She was always available when I texted to ask her questions. She even sent me a how to video to reapply coconut oil to the child’s hair. Fast-forward seven days later, she had us in and checked him again and me as well. We are both licensed free! I highly recommend Rachel and her expertise in this area.

Rachel was amazing and super cost-effective! I called her in the morning and was able to get my daughter in by 12:30 and out before 2:00! I would have spent hours trying to treat it myself at home so this was a lifesaver! Thanks so much, Rachel!

Wow what can I say, when a person discovers that they have of all things lice inhabiting their hair, it is the most demoralizing experience. I cant imagine another issue that is this gross, one person & or a entire family Can go through. Where do I go? Where do I turn?
Very frustrating to have to go through this and not know where to turn. I found lice lifters online and called for it over the phone consultation talking to Racheal, made my appointment for my family. Upon my arrival. Rachel was such a beautiful human and was so understanding and reassuring to me and my family.! I really hope that I never have to go through this experience again, but if I do, I know exactly Where I will go! I would recommend Racheal and light lifters In Mckinney to anyone that is Experiencing this infiltration!

If you yourself or your children or your entire family ever has to deal with lice, drop everything in rush over to this location! Like I said, it’s already demoralizing that you have to go in and have somebody pick lice out of your hair of all things, but she explained the whole process that was gonna happen. Explained what she was doing during the treatment. She has a very soft hand and made my kiddos smile through this whole ordeal.! Kudos and Bravo, This place gets an AA plus plus plus! Great service! Thorough, clean, and kind. The owner is incredibly helpful. They don’t care how much hair you have, they will get through it all! I couldn’t be more pleased to be getting rid of lice, especially since we just couldn’t seem to do enough ourselves to get rid of it. Good riddance!

The owner Rachel is extremely professional and the service she provided was top notch. The clinic itself was very clean and well-organized, and the treatment was effective—no harsh chemicals, just a thorough and professional approach. We saw results immediately, and they even provided great follow-up instructions to prevent reinfestation. Hopefully we don’t need this service again, but if we do this is where we will go!

Had an appointment with Jessica today! She was amazing. Super helpful and really took her time to be sure she got all of it out. Very friendly and clean place as well! Jessica even wrote out cleaning steps for me to take as well as a calendar to take care of my hair. The products themself are organic and not hard on your hair unlike other over the counter products. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!:)

This place is a life saver! For some reason we tend to wind up here once a year. Visit today was with Jessica who was AMAZING and gentle with my daughters. They always do the most thorough checks, treatment is always done to perfection and the follow up instructions make it clear and easy to follow. Products are natural vs what I’ve tried at the drug store. Even though I can do the comb out myself, I much prefer the first round is done here to feel more confident. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a scare and needed to have our child checked right away before leaving on a trip the next day. I called at 8:30 PM, frantic that we were in danger of cancelling our trip. Two different people answered my call and told me they would “see what they could do, but they did not have appointments available until the next day”. That would not work as we were leaving at 5am the next day. The person I spoke with took my number and said they would call back. I did not have hope. 10 min later I got a call stating that Lilly was on her way to meet me and would be able to help us. At 9:15 PM, Lilly and helper drove up. She checked my son thoroughly and educated me on what to look for since he had never had lice before. Thankfully, he only has dandruff, NO LICE. Lilly and friend were amazing, as were the two people who helped me on the phone. I could not be more grateful for their kindness and willingness to help, especially after hours. Thank you Life Lifters!! You saved our trip!!!

The best Place to get treated with lice! Staff is extremely nice and so helpful and makes us feel comfortable!! They scheduled us right away. They have mobile appointments too and helped out with my friends lice and were able to do mobile appointments, great with scheduling and the products were amazing and i got treated and was cleared right away!! Awesome staff and facility 10/10 recommend.

Horrible experience. Made an appointment online for this afternoon. Went to the place at the assigned time. Waited for 45 minutes without anybody even coming to the door or greeting us. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had to take my daughter again and they did a wonderful job. The girls were all very nice and the young lady (I can’t remember her name) did a fantastic job! Madison sat there very calmly while it was taken care of. Would recommend to anyone.
